**Returns and Exchanges**

Due to hygiene and safety concerns, we do not accept returns or exchanges on cosmetic products, including soaps, once they have been opened or used. However, we extend this policy to damaged or incorrect items. Please contact us within seven days of receiving your order if you encounter any issues.


**Refunds and Replacements**

* **Damaged Products:** If your order arrives damaged, please provide clear photographs of the item and packaging within seven days of delivery.

* **Incorrect Items:** If you receive the wrong product, contact us within seven days to rectify the error.

* **Defective Products:** If there is an issue with the product’s quality, please provide details and photographs.


**Non-Refundable and Non-Returnable Items**

The following items are not eligible for refunds or returns:


* Used or opened products

* Custom or personalized orders

* Items purchased on sale or with a discount

* Digital gift cards


**Requesting a Refund or Replacement**

**Refund Process**

If your request is approved, we will process the refund to the original payment method within five to ten business days. A replacement will be shipped at no additional cost.


**Return Shipping Costs**

We will cover return shipping costs only if the issue is attributable to our error.


**Cancellations**

Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After this deadline, we initiate the processing and cannot guarantee cancellation.
